Global Core Values roll-out to 7000 managers
Bureau Veritas, a world leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification, were looking for a way to communicate the company’s Core Values to all worldwide managers. We designed a Core Values Workshop, rolled out globally to over 7000 managers in 12 languages with great success. (94% recommendation rate from participants)

British retail brand Marks & Spencer wanted to create a game that would provide new starters with a more interactive way of exploring the strategy and navigating the product journey.
We designed the “From farm to fork” game, presenting the product journey, while encouraging in-depth discussions among teams on the company’s values, culture, and strategy. Feedback from these questions was presented on the live game dashboard, along with an all-important leaderboard. The game rating was a smashing 4.7 out of 5!
Communicating Core Values across the world
Leading pharmaceutical manufacturer STADA Group wanted to help employees explore the company’s culture and values in a fun and engaging way. To support the initiative we developed a team-based game that was rolled out simultaneously to all markets.
Connect4Values has already broken a number of our records: the game was translated into 20 different languages; over 5000 players have completed the challenge within the first month; and we achieved a Game Evaluation rating of 9.2 out of 10!
The client was looking for an innovative way of promoting a new medicine as part of a country-wide road show. They wanted to really challenge them and test their technical kills. We designed an exciting virtual escape room, with a story line of a patient (a cat!) that was affected by a serious illness related to high blood pressure. The objective was to find a cure by solving challenges and diagnosing correctly. By cracking the challenges, the team of vets could obtain the final password and thus cure the patient.
